How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run the business, each only processing what's needed for their function:

Formspree

Processes the website contact form submission and forwards it to us by email.

Google Workspace

Our business email and document storage.

QuickBooks

Invoicing and financial records.

Netlify

Hosts this website.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of running the job and the business itself. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA — where they do, they operate under their own recognised data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a job are kept for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, then deleted. Financial records connected to confirmed jobs (invoices, quotes) are kept for at least 6 years, as required by HMRC. Site photography connected to a completed job is kept as part of our project records unless you ask us to remove it.
